This is vanilla extract with a little extra attitude. Our Rum Vanilla Extract is made with Grade A Tahitian vanilla beans and dark overproof rum, then aged for a minimum of 6 months to develop its rich, complex flavor. Made with double the quantity of vanilla beans, it delivers an exceptionally bold vanilla profile with warm, subtly rum-forward notes.

Use it in cakes, cookies, frostings, whipped cream, custards, ice cream, cocktails, or anywhere you want to add deep, aromatic vanilla flavor.
